February 1st. 2003 Actis - Norwegian Policy Network on Alcohol and Drugs were formed. Actis is an umbrella organization for Volunteer organisations within the Alcohol and Drug policy Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation, and strives to be a facilitator and a resource for its members and affiliates.
